Approxiamtely 3 MILLION children in the U.S. recevied investigations from state child welfare agencies.

Yet, many children suspected of being abused are NOT reported in the system.

Nationwide child abuse investigators, social workers often are inadequately trained & inexperienced .

About Us

We focus on raising awareness about emotional and pyschoglical child abuse and domestic violence.

The issue of great importance for the public is to be educated on our child welfare system that can unlawfully ignore or discredits the U.S. Consitutional laws, federal laws & state laws.

The U.S. Constitution provides stong protections for our children.

"Best interest of the child" cannot justify deprving the child of their constitutional rights.

We provide advocacy with innovative outreach techniques.

Our initiatives empower individuals and strengthens children & families and promote emotional intelligence to heal after abuse.

Prevalance of Emotional Abuse

Emotional/Pyschological Abuse can occur alone without other forms of abuse, but is always a component of physical or sexual abuse as well. Indeed, it is the component of physical and sexual abuse which is most damaging to children and leads to thelong term harmful consequencesof such abuse.

Emotional /Psychologicical Abuse: is most damaging to children, who are not aware of, nor have control over, the patternof relationships surrounding them, is almost always a percursor or accompaniment to phsycial aggression, and is based on maintaining consitent power and controlover time.

The United States National Incidence Study of Child Abuse and Neglect reports an overall rate of maltreatment of 1.5 million children:

Emotional abuse of 204,500 children

Emotional neglect of 212,800 children

Support Services

Providing advocacy, emotional and psychological support to children and families.

PARENTS CAN HELP CHILDREN EXPRESS THEIR FEELINGS:

Provide opportunities in conversation whether it be a mealtime or play or anytime for your child to share feelings with you.

Let your child know he/she will not get in trouble for expressing their feelings.

Even if they have negative or unpleasant feelings like anger or sadness let them know it is ok and they can share those feelings.

Tell your child everyone has emotions/feelings even if they can’t describe it

Allow a child to “talk out” feelings rather than “Act out” feelings.  Listen and communicate with each other.

Let your child know how much you love them, how much they mean, tell them you are alwaysthere to talk whenever it is!

Understanding Feelings & Emotions for children is relevant to their social and emotional well-being.

Upholding Children's Rights: Why the Best Interest of the Child Cannot Justify Denying Constitutional Rights

At Child's Cry for Help, we believe that a child's well-being is paramount. However, it is essential to recognize that no matter how noble the intentions might be, the best interest of the child cannot serve as an excuse to deprive them of their constitutional rights. Our organization is committed and dedicated ensuring that every child's voice is heard and respected. Every child has the right to safety, dignity, and freedom from discrimination, and we work tirelessly to protect these rights. By advocating for children’s constitutional protections, we promote not just their immediate welfare but also their future as empowered individuals in society. Remember, true protection of a child's best interests lies in safeguarding their rights and is paramount!

The Commonweatlth of Massachusetts Constitution in 1780 written by John Adams is the world's oldest functioning written constitution and served as a key model to other states.

Santowsky v. Kramer / 455 U.S.745 (1982)  Court imposed higher standard of proof when states terminate parental rights. (TPR) providing minimum reasonable standards of care is parental fitness.
